Rajanpur: In a joint operation, Rahim Yar Khan and Rajanpur police killed Shahid Lund, leader of the Lund gang, in Katcha Bangla Ocha. The Punjab government had offered a Rs 1 crore reward for his capture. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar praised the police for their successful operation, as Lund was wanted in over 28 serious cases, including murder and terrorism. The operation was the result of two months of strategic planning by the police.
