Toba Tek Singh: According to official sources, a new Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) has been appointed in Toba Tek Singh. Former ADC (R) Syed Jamil Shah has been transferred from his post and Waqar Akbar has officially assumed charge as the new Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) of the district. After taking charge, Waqar Akbar formally began his duties and held introductory meetings with the revenue staff and other administrative officers. He emphasized the importance of transparency, efficiency and public facilitation in all revenue related matters.
