Toba Tek Singh: A distinguished Chinese delegation paid an official visit to the University of Kamalia today. The purpose of the visit was to explore avenues for academic collaboration, advanced research, technology transfer and particularly to hold detailed discussions on the establishment, effective implementation and future strategic planning of Artificial Intelligence (AI) laboratories.The Chinese delegation comprised Li Wenyu, Lu Jun and Muhammad Bukhtiar Faiq. Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by the Registrar of the University of Kamalia, Dr. Raees Ashraf, the Controller of Examinations and senior faculty members from various departments.
During the meeting, comprehensive discussions were held on the University of Kamalia’s academic and research activities, ongoing and proposed development projects, and the integration of globally recognized modern technologies especially AI into teaching and research. Both sides deliberated on short and long-term strategies for academic partnerships, joint research initiatives, technology transfer and the establishment of AI-based laboratories.
The delegation was also briefed on the University of Kamalia’s vision, mission and development objectives.Satisfaction was expressed over the prospects of future collaboration and joint initiatives.
The visit of the Chinese delegation is being regarded as a significant milestone for the University of Kamalia in strengthening international academic linkages and advancing in the field of modern technology. According to the university administration, the institution remains committed to promoting higher education and research through effective collaboration with leading international universities and organizations.
