UNICEF Distributes Wheelchairs to Children with Disabilities
A ceremony was held yesterday at the Deputy Commissioner Complex in District Chaman, organized by UNICEF for the distribution of wheelchairs among children with disabilities. The chief guest on the occasion was Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangalzai. District Education Officer Abdul Qudoos Khan Achakzai, UNICEF District Manager Jamil Ahmed Kakar, and the ADC also addressed the ceremony.
While speaking at the event, Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangalzai stated that the Government of Balochistan is giving special attention to education and health, and all available resources will be utilized to ensure that boys and girls receive quality education.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Habib Ahmed Bangalzai, District Education Officer Abdul Qudoos Khan Achakzai, UNICEF District Officer Jameel Kakar, Social Welfare Officer Abdul Basir Achakzai, and District Accounts Officer Haji Abdul Zahir Khan Achakzai distributed wheelchairs among school-going children with disabilities so that they can attend school more easily and continue their education without difficulty.
