Muhammad Usman Tipu Directs Immediate and Merit-Based Action for Transparent Resolution of Citizens’ Issues

An open court was held in the DPO Office Complaint Cell under the chairmanship of District Police Officer Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu, in which citizens presented their various problems directly before the DPO Sahiwal. The DPO Sahiwal listened to the complaints of all the complainants attentively and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officers on the spot for the immediate resolution of these problems. On this occasion, DPO Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu said that timely, transparent and fair redressal of public issues is the primary responsibility of the police. He added that the purpose of open courts is to promote trust between the citizens and the police and ensure prompt provision of justice to the public. The DPO Sahiwal gave clear instructions to the officers and said that all applications Action should be taken on merit and negligence or delay in resolving any complaint will not be tolerated.
