New York, October 11, 2024: Pakistan has urged the international community to act against crimes against humanity in Palestine and Occupied Jammu & Kashmir. Addressing the UN’s Sixth Committee, Ambassador Usman Jadoon highlighted ongoing human rights violations, condemning Israeli occupation in Palestine as war crimes and possible genocide. He called for global efforts to ensure justice, demanding Israel’s unconditional withdrawal from occupied territories. Jadoon also emphasized the need for clear legal definitions in international law to hold perpetrators accountable. Pakistan remains committed to strengthening global legal frameworks for justice.
