Markets Rebound as NYSE Opens Following US Tariff Exemptions

The New York Stock Exchange opened trading Monday with major Asian stock indexes bouncing back, and Europe poised to follow. The recovery comes after the White House announced exemptions on smartphones and computers from reciprocal US tariffs.
