Chaman Students and Teachers Launch Spring Tree Plantation Drive at Iqra Ilmi Markaz

Chaman (Special Report): A spring tree plantation campaign was formally inaugurated yesterday at the well-known educational institution, Iqra Ilmi Markaz Boys & Girls High School, Chaman. The campaign was inaugurated by senior journalist Syed Sardar Muhammad Khondai, the head of Iqra Ilmi Markaz Chaman, by planting a tree.
Teachers and students were also present on the occasion. Speaking at the event, Syed Sardar Muhammad Khondai said that planting trees is extremely necessary to reduce environmental pollution and to ensure a prosperous life. He added that everyone should plant trees and also take responsibility for protecting them. He further said that planting trees is a form of Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity) and it also enhances the beauty of the environment so that we can make our future green and prosperous. At the end of the ceremony, a collective prayer was offered.
