Sahiwal – The clean drinking water project under the PSP program has been completed, featuring the installation of 28 new tube wells, overhaul of 36 existing tube wells, and construction of 4 new overhead tanks, along with 543 kilometers of pipelines laid for water access.
Commissioner Shoaib Iqbal Syed led a review meeting to assess the project, expressing satisfaction with its completion. He urged citizens to secure connections to avoid waterborne diseases. Additionally, he called for expedited work on the ongoing sewerage project, with repair work on Adda Tala Road expected to finish today.
