RPO Sohail Akhtar Sukhera and senior police officers pay tribute to DSP Ishtiaq Rasool’s distinguished service

Faisalabad: A farewell ceremony was held in honour of DSP Ishtiaq Rasool on his retirement from service, hosted by RPO Faisalabad Sohail Akhtar Sukhera.The ceremony was attended by CPO Sahibzada Bilal Umar, SSP RIB Mian Muhammad Akmal, SP Legal Muhammad Ashraf, ADIG Habib Khan, town SPs and other senior police officers.Speakers paid rich tribute to DSP Ishtiaq Rasool’s long, exemplary and distinguished service, terming his professional career a model of integrity, dedication and public service. The outgoing officer thanked his colleagues for their cooperation and extended best wishes for the continued success of the police department.On the occasion, RPO Sohail Akhtar Sukhera presented a commemorative shield and bouquet to DSP Ishtiaq Rasool. Addressing the gathering, the RPO said that duty, honesty and service to the public were the true hallmarks of the police force, adding that DSP Ishtiaq Rasool’s services would be remembered in golden words. He also conveyed his best wishes for the retired officer’s future endeavours, noting that he performed his duties with courage, integrity and professional competence.The ceremony concluded with prayers and goodwill messages for the retired officer. The outgoing DSP was departed to his house with fanfare with the escort of police vehicles.
