New Assistant Commissioner holds introductory meeting with tehsil officers, emphasizes transparency, integrity, and prompt resolution of public complaints.

Toba Tek Singh: The Government of Punjab has transferred Assistant Commissioner Kamalia Iqra Nasir. Following her transfer, Assistant Commissioner Erum Shahzadi has formally assumed charge of her office and commenced her official duties. Soon after taking charge, Assistant Commissioner Erum Shahzadi held an introductory meeting with officers of various departments at the Tehsil Office. During the meeting, she was given a detailed briefing on ongoing development projects in the tehsil, revenue matters, issues related to state land and the overall system of public service delivery. Officers also informed her about the performance of their respective departments and the challenges being faced.Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Erum Shahzadi issued clear directives that no delay or negligence in resolving public complaints and issues would be tolerated. She emphasized that all official matters must be handled with complete transparency, integrity and strictly on merit to further strengthen public trust in the administration.
She stated that the primary objective of the tehsil administration is to ensure the timely provision of better facilities and services to citizens. She added that all available resources would be utilized to improve governance standards, make the revenue system more effective and ensure the timely completion of ongoing development projects.Erum Shahzadi expressed her commitment to promoting teamwork and taking practical steps to make the administrative system in Tehsil Kamalia more efficient and public-friendly, so that citizens can receive maximum relief and improved public services.
