AC Ms. Erum Shahzadi Reviews Nigehban Card Activation Process, Directs Improved Facilities and Timely Relief for Deserving Families

Toba Tek Singh: Assistant Commissioner Kamalia Ms. Erum Shahzadi paid a visit to the Nigehban Card Activation Center and conducted a detailed review of the ongoing activation process. During her visit, she checked the attendance of the staff, examined the arrangements made for the convenience of citizens and reviewed the complete procedure for card activation. The Assistant Commissioner also interacted with citizens present at the center and sought their feedback regarding the facilities being provided. She directed the concerned staff to establish clearly marked counters to guide deserving individuals properly and ensure a smooth process. She further emphasized maintaining cleanliness in the waiting area and providing adequate seating arrangements for visitors. AC Erum Shahzadi stated that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, providing relief to deserving families remains the government’s top priority. She made it clear that any negligence or delay in the timely activation of Nigehban Cards would not be tolerated.
