Gas cylinder explosion in Torpal before Iftar claims seven children’s lives, several women and children injured and shifted to hospital.

According to details, a tragic incident occurred near Torpal, a suburban locality of Chaman, where a gas cylinder explosion inside a residential house resulted in a devastating catastrophe. The powerful blast completely demolished a room of the house, causing seven children to be trapped beneath the debris and lose their lives.
Hospital sources reported that the children used to gather daily at the house to collect lassi for Iftar. Tragically, on the eighth day of the holy month of Ramadan, the cylinder explosion occurred shortly before the time of breaking the fast, turning a routine gathering into a fatal calamity.
Medical authorities further confirmed that four women and more than six children sustained injuries in the explosion. The injured were immediately shifted to Civil Hospital Chaman, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.
