CEO Rao Abdul Kareem Emphasizes Quality Education, Student Character Building, and School Safety

Faisalabad: A high-level meeting of District Education Officers, Deputy District Education Officers and Assistant Directors was held under the chairmanship of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Rao Abdul Kareem to review academic and administrative matters. Addressing the participants, the CEO Education stressed the importance of promoting quality education along with character building of students and reminded officers of their professional responsibilities. He directed that a positive and learning-friendly environment should be fostered between teachers and students to improve educational outcomes.He instructed education officers to conduct regular school visits, thoroughly inspect academic and administrative affairs and ensure strict implementation of issued directives. The CEO particularly emphasized close monitoring of ongoing construction works in schools and directed that quality standards must be strictly maintained. He further clarified that adequate safety measures must be in place around construction sites to ensure the protection of students and staff.
Rao Abdul Kareem also highlighted the need to maintain school transport according to prescribed standards and to compile complete records of drivers and supporting staff. He informed that an online correspondence system has been introduced in all education offices and directed all officers to use E-FOAS for official communication. The meeting also decided that a comprehensive training plan should be developed for school heads and teachers in line with modern educational requirements to align the education system with contemporary standards.
