DG FDA directs use of digital technology for transparent ballot of 189 one-kanal and 95 ten-marla plots in FDA City on easy installment plan.

Faisalabad:Director General Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has directed that digital technology be utilized at every stage to ensure a transparent and successful execution of the balloting project for 284 residential plots. He issued these instructions while chairing a meeting to review the procedures for receiving application forms and the balloting process. The meeting was attended by Director IT Yasir Ejaz Chatha, Project Director/Director Estate Management-II Sohail Maqsood Pannu, and other officials.During the briefing, it was shared that 189 plots of one kanal and 95 plots of 10 marlas, located in various blocks of FDA City on Sargodha Road, have been selected for sale via ballot on a four-year easy installment plan. Application forms will be accepted online with a processing fee of 10,000 PKR per form, while the plot price has been set at Rs 500,000 per marla. The Director General further instructed that the terms, conditions and eligibility criteria for participating in the ballot be finalized immediately so that the official date for accepting applications can be announced soon.
