Faisalabad: Director General Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has directed that FDA-related cases under trial in various courts must be pursued effectively, emphasizing that there should be no negligence in serving notices, filing appeals, or ensuring timely appearances in court. He issued these instructions while reviewing the performance of the Legal Branch during a meeting attended by Director of Estate Management Junaid Hassan Manj, Deputy Director Legal Mohsin Bashir and other officials. The Director General reviewed the details of ongoing litigation and ordered that the FDA’s comprehensive stance regarding various properties must be presented in court, particularly concerning stay orders, while strictly adhering to legal points, government policies and terms and conditions. Furthermore, he directed special focus on the implementation of court decrees and insisted that there should be no delays or complaints regarding the transfer of inheritance. To streamline operations, the DG FDA urged the Legal Branch to keep all records updated and utilize digital technology to track case dates and the latest status of every proceeding.
