During his tenure, he played an important role in improving the overall performance of the Population Welfare Department and ensuring the effective implementation of departmental activities.While serving as District Officer, Muhammad Naeem took practical steps to strengthen public welfare initiatives,<\/p>\n family planning services and other departmental programmes. He focused on improving coordination among officers and staff, ensuring timely completion of official assignments and enhancing the delivery of services to the public.He is widely regarded as an honest, hardworking, responsible and dutiful officer. His services in the Population Welfare Department were appreciated by officers, employees and members of the public.
