Pakistani startup RLabs<\/a> has won the best startup award at the Silicon Valley November Summit in California. The government hailed the win on Saturday as proof of the \u201cgrowing strength of our startup ecosystem.\u201d RLabs is led by Harris Ahmed and was incubated at the National Incubation Centre for Aerospace Technologies (NICAT).<\/span><\/p>\n
