Jaffer Express Attack: PM Shehbaz Sharif to Visit Balochistan Today

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will undertake a crucial visit to Balochistan today to assess the situation following the attack on the Jaffer Express.

According to official sources, the prime minister, accompanied by federal ministers, will make a one-day visit to Quetta. During the visit, he will chair a high-level security meeting to review the law and order situation in Balochistan, the terrorist attack on the Jaffer Express in Bolan, and the ongoing rescue operation.

Key decisions regarding maintaining peace in Balochistan are expected to be made during the meeting.

It is worth mentioning that Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, confirmed that all hostages from the Jaffer Express have been rescued, and all 33 terrorists involved in the attack have been eliminated.
