Floodwaters have swept away another section of Motorway M-5 near Jalalpur Pirwala. Both eastern and western stretches are affected. Authorities say the motorway remains closed for the eighth day, with traffic diverted via alternate routes. Repair teams are working to reduce water flow from the Sutlej into the Chenab.
