Acting DG Faisalabad Development Authority Qaiser Abbas Rind Orders Timely Processing of Applications on E-Biz Punjab Portal to Ensure Transparency and Efficiency

Faisalabad: Acting Director General of Faisalabad Development Authority Qaiser Abbas Rind has directed that there must be no delay or disruption in the provision of departmental services through the E-Biz Punjab portal and that all applications received through the system should be processed promptly through active administrative action, he issued these instructions while chairing a meeting to review the provision of services through the portal where Director Information Technology Yasir Ejaz Chatha, Deputy Director Information Technology Usman Ramey, Deputy Director Town Planning Iqra Murtaza and other officers were present, the Acting Director General stated that the Government of Punjab is implementing the E-Biz Punjab initiative to promote ease of doing business and that applications received on the portal are being monitored at the provincial level, therefore no application related to the authority should remain pending without justification, he further instructed that the complete online system must remain fully operational at all times and that there should be no ambiguity in the online collection of various fees and dues or in the required documentation, it was informed in the meeting that through the portal services including change of land use, approval of building plans and issuance of construction permits are being provided, he directed the concerned officers to strictly monitor the entire process and in case of any deficiency in documents, legal obstacle or policy violation the applicants should be immediately informed so that timely rectification can be ensured, he reaffirmed the commitment to ensuring transparency, efficiency and public facilitation through the effective use of modern technology.
