Dhaka: Following the relaxation of visa requirements for Pakistanis, a Pakistani trade delegation has arrived in Bangladesh after 12 years.

The delegation, led by the President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Atif Aslam Sheikh, includes over 35 exporters and industrialists from various sectors.

The Pakistani delegation met with Bangladesh’s Commerce Minister, Bashir Uddin, and will also hold talks with Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor, Mohammad Yunus.

According to Atif Aslam Sheikh, the Commerce Minister of Bangladesh emphasized the importance of prioritizing trade relations with Pakistan.

On the other hand, FPCCI Senior Vice President, Saqib Mago, welcomed the easing of visa conditions for Pakistanis and noted that Pakistan has also relaxed visa requirements for Bangladesh.
