Following China’s decision to grant visa-free access to Russian citizens, President Vladimir Putin announced that Moscow will reciprocate by introducing a visa-free policy for Chinese nationals.

According to Russian media, President Putin made the remarks during a meeting with Li Hongzhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China. He emphasized that Russia, like China, will extend this friendly gesture to further strengthen bilateral ties.
