Tianjin – Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the establishment of an SCO Development Bank at the 25th SCO Heads of States Council Meeting, attended by leaders including PM Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. He highlighted SCO’s growth, regional cooperation, and announced scholarships, innovation programs, and development projects for member countries.
