Faisalabad: Commissioner Faisalabad Division Raja Jahangir Anwar said that his office is always open to the public and fully committed to delivering justice without delay. He said that providing timely relief to citizens is his top priority, and every possible step is being taken to ensure that people are heard and their concerns addressed promptly.
The Commissioner stated that he considers himself a genuine representative of the people and holds a strong sense of responsibility toward resolving public issues. He added that the district administration is working tirelessly, day and night, to respond to public grievances and offer services that are quick, transparent and effective.Raja Jahangir Anwar emphasized that negligence in public service will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He has issued clear directions to all government departments to adopt a people-friendly approach and facilitate citizens at every level. He said that officers must remain accessible, responsive, and dedicated to resolving public complaints in a professional manner.
He further highlighted that the administration is actively implementing reforms aimed at strengthening governance, enhancing service delivery, and improving coordination among departments. These efforts, he said, are part of a broader strategy to ensure that government offices become more accessible, efficient, and supportive of citizens’ needs.The Commissioner assured the public that the administration will continue to take all necessary measures to improve the overall performance of government institutions and to uphold the principles of justice, transparency and good governance across the division.
