Oath-Taking Ceremony of Tandlianwala Bar Association, Legitimate Demands of Lawyers Will Be Fulfilled Within the Law: Rana Muhammad Iqbal

Faisalabad: Punjab Provincial Law Minister Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan attended the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected office-bearers of the Tandlianwala Bar Association as the chief guest. During the ceremony, President Bar Mustafa Wattoo, Secretary Ali Raza, and other newly elected members took their oath of office.

Addressing the gathering, the Law Minister congratulated the newly elected office-bearers and assured them that the legitimate demands of the lawyers’ community would be addressed within the framework of the law. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to resolving the issues faced by lawyers and providing maximum facilitation to the legal fraternity.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan stated that serving the lawyers’ community is his firm resolve. He said that during his tenure as Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, he never remained absent from any session. “I am a servant of the lawyers, and my doors are open day and night for their service,” he added, while advising lawyers to perform their professional duties with honesty and good faith.

The ceremony was also attended by MPA Jafar Ali Hucha, Assistant Commissioner Tandlianwala Aqsa, SP Shahzad, senior lawyers, and prominent political and social figures. On the occasion, lawyers demanded adequate facilities for chambers and the bar room.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Tandlianwala Bar Association expressed its gratitude to the Punjab Law Minister for attending the event.
