Faisalabad Development Authority(FDA) to Launch Lucky Draw for 284 Residential Plots on Easy Installments with Transparent Procedures
Faisalabad:Comprehensive measures have been initiated for the sale of 284 residential plots through a lucky draw on easy installments under the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) arrangements. Applications will soon be invited from interested individuals, and the terms, conditions and procedural framework are currently being finalized. In this regard, Acting Director General/ Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rind chaired a meeting to review various financial and administrative aspects, including government policy, plot details, locations, fixed prices, installment plans, the issuance of application forms and relevant rules and regulations.The meeting was attended by Director IT Yasir Ejaz Chatha, Project Director Sohail Maqsood Pannu and other officials. It was briefed that the residential plots selected for sale via a four-year installment plan are located in various blocks of FDA City Sargodha Road, comprising 189 plots of one kanal and 95 plots of 10 marlas. While the FDA Governing Body has already approved the sale of these plots through a balloting process, the official date for the submission of application forms will be announced shortly. The Acting DG directed officials to finalize all administrative and financial arrangements comprehensively before the announcement of date of inviting application forms. He emphasized that strict adherence to government policy and complete transparency must remain the top priority.
