Open Court Mandi Bahauddin Strengthens Police-Public Relations Through Immediate Complaint Resolution

DSP President Circle Mandi Bahauddin, Syed Hasnat Hussain Shah, has stated that the primary objective of open court Mandi Bahauddin is to ensure the immediate resolution of citizens’ problems and strengthen trust between the police and the public. He expressed these views while addressing complainants at the DPO Office, where citizens from across the district presented their grievances. The DSP emphasized that people should come forward without fear and share their issues so they can be resolved on the spot.

Talking to Bureau Chief Raja Muhammad Ayub, DSP Hasnat Hussain Shah said that, in line with the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, open courts are being regularly organized across the district. These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between the police and the public, ensure prompt justice, and address complaints efficiently. He highlighted that complaints received during open court Mandi Bahauddin are being resolved immediately, and all possible measures are being taken to provide relief to the public. “Serving the people and resolving their issues is our top priority,” he added. DSP Hasnat Hussain Shah also directed officers to utilize all available resources to address public complaints without discrimination. He warned that strict disciplinary action could be taken against officials who fail to resolve genuine complaints.

During the session, the DSP personally listened to the concerns of citizens and issued on-the-spot orders for their resolution, ensuring timely and effective relief.
