presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) Dr. Iffat-un-Nisa and Additional Deputy Commissioner Raja Haider Abbas. DO Industries Rana Saeedullah Khan and representatives of the Petrol Pump Association attended the meeting. A detailed briefing was provided regarding the provision of subsidized petrol to citizens under the Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme. The meeting was informed that, effective after midnight on Wednesday, a subsidy of Rs. 100 per liter would be provided in Mandi Bahauddin district for petrol—specifically, 20 liters per month for motorcycles, Chingchi rickshaws, and other two- and three-wheeled vehicles registered on or after January 1, 2011, and 30 liters per month for vehicles up to 800cc registered on or after January 1, 2006. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) Dr. Iffat-un-Nisa directed the Petroleum Association representatives to ensure the provision of subsidized petrol to the public in accordance with the prescribed procedure and to avoid any negligence or lapse in this regard. She also instructed that banners be displayed at prominent locations at petrol pumps to raise public awareness, ensuring that the maximum number of eligible citizens could benefit from this facility.
