visited the office of Nuzhat Kulsoom Shahzadi Janjua, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Education for the district. There, they conducted a special interview characterized by an informative and interactive dialogue regarding the quality of education, educational administration, and future prospects in the district. During the session, the students asked Ms. Janjua about her professional journey—spanning from her own days as a student to her current role in district educational leadership. The conversation covered various key aspects of the Mandi Bahauddin education system, including its strengths, obstacles, available opportunities, and current challenges. While answering the students’ questions, CEO Education Nuzhat Kulsoom Shahzadi Janjua highlighted the importance of leadership, planning, the role of teachers, and the significance of providing students with superior academic and professional training. She encouraged the students to cultivate a positive mindset, work hard, maintain discipline, and effectively utilize their talents alongside their studies. This interaction between the students and the district’s educational leadership was not only informative but also facilitated a SWOT analysis of the Mandi Bahauddin education system, examining its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and the threats and challenges it faces.
