The Social Welfare Department has started distributing Hamt Cards in Sahiwal Division to provide monthly stipends to disabled individuals. In the first phase, 4,660 beneficiaries will receive ATM cards for Rs. 10,500 every three months. A ceremony was held at the Old Age Home, with Provincial Assembly Member Naveed Aslam Khan Lodhi praising the initiative. Distribution is ongoing, with 40-50 cards issued daily, and registration for the second phase will begin after the first phase ends.
