Comprehensive Cleanliness Campaign Launched in Chaman on Special Directives of Chief Minister Balochistan

On the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, a comprehensive cleanliness campaign has been launched in Chaman city to improve cleanliness and beautification.
The Chief Minister of Balochistan, after reviewing the sanitation situation in Chaman city, directed the concerned authorities to take effective and practical measures to improve the cleanliness and beauty of the city.
In light of the Chief Minister’s directives, Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, convened a meeting of the Municipal Corporation, Local Government and other relevant departments, in which the cleanliness situation of the city, removal of garbage and making the city clean and beautiful was reviewed in detail.
In the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned departments to immediately remove garbage dumps present in different areas of the city, shift the waste to designated places away from populated areas for proper disposal, and make the sanitation system more effective.
Meanwhile, practical cleanliness work has been started by the Municipal Corporation and Local Government in various areas of the city. Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Haji Habibullah Achakzai and District Chairman Haji Amanullah visited the ongoing cleanliness campaign on-site and directed the concerned officials to make the cleaning process more effective and faster.
According to Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, after the initial cleaning operation, a regular and comprehensive cleanliness campaign will be launched in Chaman city from Monday, under which cleanliness will be ensured in important areas, bazaars, highways and streets of the city.
He said that providing a clean, beautiful city and a better environment for the citizens of Chaman is among the top priorities of the district administration, and for this purpose, all concerned departments will perform their responsibilities effectively under mutual coordination and an integrated strategy.
