Polio Case Confirmed in Tando Adam, DC Sanghar Visits Affected Area

Sanghar: Deputy Commissioner Sanghar Dr. Imran-ul-Hassan Khawaja visited Bharo village in Union Council Kunb Daro of Tando Adam after a confirmed polio case was reported. The case involves a 7-year-old baby named Sahool daughter of Ishaq Rind. During his visit, Dr. Imran examined the child and confirmed that while the polio test came back positive, the boy is in good health. Additionally, the deputy commissioner reviewed records at the Government Dispensary Baqar Nizamani, where it was noted that Ishaq’s 13-month-old daughter, Jamila, is experiencing weakness in her right leg. However, her polio test results were negative.
Authorities are closely monitoring the situation, and efforts are being made to ensure that proper medical care and vaccination campaigns are maintained.
