Islamabad – A high-level delegation from Azerbaijan, led by H.E. Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister for Economy, called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on April 8, 2025.
The meeting focused on strengthening economic cooperation, enhancing bilateral trade, and exploring investment opportunities between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif welcomed the Azerbaijani delegation and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to deepening ties with Azerbaijan across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and agriculture.
