McDonald’s is facing a major health crisis as it scrambles to contain the damage from an E. coli outbreak linked to its Quarter Pounder burgers. The outbreak has tragically claimed one life and left nearly 50 others ill. In response, McDonald’s has removed the menu item from restaurants across a dozen states as investigations continue.
