Beijing – Pakistan and Armenia have officially established diplomatic relations, announced Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. Speaking to the press, he said he and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan signed a joint statement on the establishment of diplomatic ties during the SCO meeting in Tianjin, China.
