Toba Tek Singh: Citizens of Toba Tek Singh have expressed satisfaction over the timely disbursement of pensions at the District Accounts Office, attributing this improvement to the efficient management and dedicated efforts of District Accounts Officer-I Rai Sabir. According to residents, Rai Sabir is an honest, hardworking and public-friendly officer who has modernized office procedures and ensured prompt service delivery to visitors.Citizens and pensioners stated that in the past, pension-related matters often faced unnecessary delays and administrative hurdles. However, since the appointment of Rai Sabir, there has been a noticeable improvement in the system and most cases are now being resolved within the prescribed timeframe. Pensioners also appreciated the improved discipline among the office staff, which has contributed to a more organized and reliable service environment.
Local residents further said that Rai Sabir not only supervises office affairs effectively but also listens to public complaints personally and takes immediate steps to resolve issues. They urged the Punjab government and relevant higher authorities to encourage and reward such competent and dedicated officers to further enhance the quality of public service.Citizens expressed hope that the ongoing reforms at the District Accounts Office will continue in the future and that pensioners and other visitors will receive even better facilities and services.
