Funeral prayers of Major Adnan Aslam Shaheed, who embraced martyrdom while undergoing treatment at Combined Military Hospital, were offered at Chaklala Garrison, Rawalpindi.

The officer had gallantly fought against the Indian proxy Fitna al Khawarij during their cowardly attack in Bannu on 2 September 2025.

The Hon’ble Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Defence Minister, Information Minister, Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir NI (M), HJ, along with senior serving military and civil officers, as well as relatives of the Shaheed, attended the funeral to pay rich tributes to his sacrifice.
