Gold Prices Hit Record Highs in Global and Local Markets

The surge in gold prices continued today, reaching new record levels in both international and local markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold in Pakistan rose by Rs. 1,650 per tola, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 319,000. The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs. 1,415, reaching Rs. 273,391.

Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices rose by $16, bringing the price to $3,038 per ounce.
