TOBA TEK SINGH: On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Umar Abbas Mela, the Sports Department organized exhibition matches of hockey, martial arts, and football to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day.The events were aimed at expressing solidarity with the people of Kashmir and fostering national spirit among the youth through the promotion of sports.
District Sports Officer (DSO) Toba Tek Singh Chaudhary Muhammad Jamil said that these sporting activities were an effective means of conveying the message of Kashmir Solidarity, while also playing a vital role in engaging young people in positive and healthy pursuits. He added that an exhibition football match will be played on February 5 at Shaheen Football Stadium on Jhang Road Toba Tek Singh, in which local teams will participate.
