The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to take action against elements spreading hatred and inciting violence in Kurram district by declaring them terrorists.

Chief Minister Amin Gandapur stated that the issue in Kurram is not terrorism, but rather certain elements are fueling sectarian hatred between two communities. The 18th provincial cabinet meeting, chaired by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, was briefed on the provincial government’s plan of action to resolve the situation in Kurram.
