Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, recently visited the Karot Hydropower Project, a significant initiative under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). During his visit, the ambassador reviewed the project’s progress and emphasized its importance in strengthening Pakistan’s energy sector.

The Karot Hydropower Project is expected to generate 720 MW of clean energy, contributing to Pakistan’s efforts to overcome its energy crisis and promote sustainable development.
