In a significant operation against drug trafficking, ASI Syed Izzat Abbas of Chaklala Police arrested a suspected drug dealer and recovered a large quantity of narcotics. The operation took place in the Chaklala area, where the accused was caught with drugs in his possession.

According to police sources, the suspect was detained after a detailed search and interrogation. The seized narcotics are believed to be part of a major drug network operating in the region.

The accused has been identified as Mudasir Khan. A case has been registered against him under the Narcotics Act, and he remains in police custody for further investigation.

Police officials involved in the operation reaffirmed their commitment to continue the campaign against drug dealers, calling such actions vital for public safety. The total weight of the recovered drugs exceeds 12,100 grams.
