Geneva – Rana Basharat Ali Khan, Chairman of the International Human Rights Movement (IHRM), has called for urgent international intervention to address the worsening crisis in Sudan. Highlighting severe human rights abuses in Gezira state, Khan condemned the violence against civilians amid clashes between the RSF and SAF. He urged global leaders to implement sanctions and ensure safe passage for those affected. “Humanity cannot stand by as innocent lives are taken,” Khan stressed, reaffirming IHRM’s commitment to protecting vulnerable populations.
