According to the details, a senior journalist met DSP Legal Aslam Hayat Jota in his office where DSP Legal Aslam Hayat Jota welcomed him. The purpose of this meeting was to get information about the complaints of the complainants in the investigation and the redressal of their problems and the resolution of the problems. During the discussion, in response to a question, DSP Legal said that it is necessary to remove the legal loopholes in the process of registering an FIR by the investigating officers because the complainants face difficulties in various matters in the police stations due to lack of complete awareness of the law. Therefore, in view of the complainants’ redressal, the investigation reports are reviewed so that no kind of complaint of the victim remains. Sometimes the complainants are not able to fully inform the matter due to which the complainant faces delay in getting justice, due to which the investigating officer needs guidance and justice to remove the legal loopholes. Keeping in mind the requirements of the law, provisions are added or subtracted according to the crime to ensure justice. The Legal Department of Sahiwal Police always ensures that no injustice is done to anyone and the culprit is brought to justice.
