Arrangements Completed for November 26 Auction at FDA Complex.
Faisalabad : The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has completed all arrangements for the public auction of its commercial and residential plots, which will be held on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the FDA Complex opposite Civil Hospital. Chairing a review meeting, Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry directed that the details of the plots be widely publicized to facilitate interested buyers and ensure maximum participation in the bidding process. The meeting was attended by Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rand, Director State Management-I Junaid Hassan Manj, and other officers. The DG emphasized that no hindrance should arise in the auction proceedings and that bidders must be provided a smooth and supportive administrative environment. He further instructed that the auction process should remain fully transparent, well-organized, and strictly according to rules, while the auction committee will oversee all related matters.
DG FDA stated that in order to enhance the financial resources of the authority, valuable plots located at various prime locations are being offered for sale through open auction, and the funds generated will be utilized for urban development, institutional strengthening, and public welfare projects. He also directed that comprehensive guidance be provided to all interested individuals regarding auction details.
During the meeting, Director State Management Junaid Hassan Manj briefed attendees that 114 public utility sites—reserved for education, health, and other public services in various housing schemes—will be included in the auction, along with commercial and residential plots available in Madina Town, Ahmad Nagar, Millat Town, and other areas. He further shared that shops in Gulistan Plaza will also be offered on lease through the auction. Details of the plots have already been displayed at key city locations, including Chenab Club Chowk and outside the FDA head office.
