FAISALABAD: Advisor to the Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan Shahid Hussain Jilani talking to our Bureau Chief, stated that the doors of his office remain open at all times to ensure timely and transparent justice for the public. He emphasized that providing relief to oppressed and affected citizens is among his top priorities.Shahid Hussain Jilani said that the institution of the Federal Ombudsman is serving as an effective platform for addressing public complaints related to government departments, where decisions are made strictly on merit without any influence or pressure. He added that modern facilities are being introduced to further simplify the process of complaint registration and follow-up, making it more accessible and efficient for citizens.
He further urged the public to approach the office directly for the resolution of their issues, assuring them of complete guidance and legal assistance. Reiterating his commitment, Shahid Hussain Jilani stated that he will continue to perform his duties with honesty, transparency and responsibility in order to strengthen public trust in state institutions.At the end, he appealed to the public to contact the Federal Ombudsman’s office for the resolution of their legitimate issues and to raise their voices against corruption and injustice.
