Martyred police officer Irfan Haider’s funeral prayers offered

Provincial Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Balochistan, Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay, IG Police Balochistan Muhammad Tahir, other religious scholars, senior police officers, high-ranking officials, and members of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam attended the funeral prayers of police constable Irfan Haider, who was martyred in a tragic traffic accident yesterday.
After the funeral prayers, a collective prayer was offered for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks. On this occasion, JUI Provincial Amir Maulana Abdul Wasay said that Irfan Haider was a dutiful police officer. He added that they share in the grief of his family over this painful and tragic incident and that Balochistan Police is known for its sense of duty.
A smartly turned-out contingent at Quetta Police Lines presented a salute to police constable Irfan Haider.
