40 People Killed in Accident Involving Passenger Coach Traveling from Quetta to Lahore

Quetta :Last night, a private company’s passenger coach traveling from Quetta to Lahore fell into a deep ravine in the rugged mountainous area of Dana Sar, Sherani district. As a result of this tragic incident, 40 passengers died on the spot.

The Assistant Commissioner of Sherani district confirmed the incident and stated that as soon as news of the accident was received, the district administration, Rescue 1122, and local volunteers immediately launched emergency rescue operations. After several hours of rescue efforts, the bodies of all the deceased were recovered from the ravine and transferred to the District Headquarters Hospital, where, after legal formalities, the bodies will be handed over to the families.

According to initial reports, all passengers on the coach were traveling from Quetta to Lahore. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the accident.
