Breast cancer is the most common and deadly disease among women in Pakistan. Thousands of women die each year due to late diagnosis. Early detection makes the disease treatable. To raise awareness and prevent fatalities, October is observed worldwide, including in Pakistan, as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
